Don’t Keep Gratitude in a Box

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving (if you’re in the U.S.)!

We had a great time with family and cooked quite a bit of yummy food. I think we’re still feeling full from how much we ate. 🦃

Thanksgiving may have come and gone, but let’s not leave gratitude behind with the leftovers. Gratitude isn’t just a once-a-year event—it’s a lifestyle. And it’s one that can transform your life.

Here are a few ways to take gratitude to the next level:

  • Make it public. Don’t just jot down what you’re grateful for in your journal—tell the people in your life how much they mean to you. A simple “thank you” can brighten someone’s day.
  • Say thank you to God. Thank Him not only for what He’s done but also for what He’s promised to do. That’s called Thanksgiving in faith, and it’s a game-changer.
  • Pay attention to the little things. From someone holding the door open to a kind word, express gratitude for even the smallest blessings.

Here’s the truth: the more gratitude you show, the more you’ll have to be grateful for. It’s a principle that works in every area of life.

Let’s make gratitude more than a holiday—it’s the foundation of a joyful, successful life.

Stay grateful, stay encouraged, and remember this: God is good, and life should be too.

See you next time.
