Are you a failure?

Do you think of yourself as a failure?

Do you feel like a failure sometimes?

Or maybe all the time?

I’m going to tell you how to know if you’re a failure…

well, you’re not.

If you attach that to your identity, then you’ll never rise higher.

We’ve got to separate what we do (or don’t do) from who we are.

You are not a failure!

“Remember that failure is an event, not a person.”

Zig Ziglar

Don’t assign this to your identity.

It’s just something that you did or went through…or are going through.

Learn from it and do better (next time).

If it’s something that you shouldn’t have done in the first place, learn to seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Mistakes are a good (though not the only) way to learn.

Learn from whatever you failed at and do better next time.

But don’t let that event stop you from moving forward in life…pursuing the calling and destiny that God has for you.

Again, you are not a failure.

You have been made the righteous of God in Christ Jesus. You have been made a success, through Christ.

If you’ve been believing that you’re a failure, lift your head up high and understand that’s not your identity.

Until next time, remember – God is good…and life should be too!

Have a super week!
