Last week we celebrated Thanksgiving, a holiday here in the United States. It’s always a special time spent with family and friends.
I love that we have a designated day each year just to remind us to be thankful 🙂
But thankfulness shouldn’t be just for a holiday…
It should be a way of life!
A while back, I created a video sharing four practical tips on integrating more gratitude into our lives. Some of these may not be what people normally think of.
These are simple practices that I’ve personally adopted in my life as I’ve learned to be more thankful (to God and other people) on a daily basis.
They’re especially useful when I notice myself getting a bit irritated with my circumstances or things going on in the world 🤪
Take a moment to click below & watch, then let me know your favorite tip!👇 (I apologize in advance for the windy audio.)
If you’re stuck in a cycle of mediocrity, then gratitude could be your way out!
Give these tips a shot, and hopefully, you’ll notice yourself paying more attention to the good things that God is doing in your life-which can also lead to a boost in your faith.
Keep in mind that gratitude isn’t just for a specific holiday; it’s a lifestyle that transforms the ordinary into something extraordinary.
Until next time, remember – God is good…and life should be too!
Have a super week!
David

đź“– Scripture of the Week
Oh, give thanks to the LORD! Call upon His name; make known His deeds among the peoples! Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him; talk of all His wondrous works! Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those rejoice who seek the LORD!
Psalm 105:1-3 (NKJV)
🗨️ Quote of the Week
“Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for.”
